1. Record journal entries for income, expenses, accruals, and adjustments.
2. Classify transactions according to the official chart of accounts.
3. Ensure all accounting records are properly supported and documented.
4. Manage monthly provisions, amortizations, and recurring accounting entries.
5. Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
6. Analyze account balances and investigate discrepancies or irregularities.
7. Prepare working papers and supporting documentation for audits.
8. Monitor accounts payable and receivable ledgers in coordination with other departments.
9. Assist in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process.
10. Calculate and post depreciation, accruals, and provisions.
11. Ensure compliance with cut-off procedures and accounting standards.
12. Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements and internal reports.
13. Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and accounting standards.
14. Assist in the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reports.
15. Maintain proper documentation and audit trail of accounting records.
16. Support the implementation of internal controls and process improvements.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 2–4 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics).
2. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
3. Knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS or local GAAP).
4. Familiarity with tax reporting and statutory requirements.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
8. Strong organizational and communication skills.
9. Teamwork and collaboration across departments.

2–4 years in an accounting role, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
