1. Oversee overall store management, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
2. Achieve sales objectives and maintain high operational and merchandising standards.
3. Build and develop highly motivated teams and elevate associates to the next level.
4. Maintain effective store organization and communicate organizational changes.
5. Engage in recruiting processes alongside Human Resources and Regional Manager.
6. Provide systematic induction for new staff and organize follow-up knowledge reviews.
7. Retain staff by identifying and developing individual growth potential.
8. Assist sales associates with customer service issues and maintain high customer service standards.
9. Utilize Retail Pro for inventory management and collaborate with Buyer for OTB and ordering.
10. Provide monthly business reports and maintain positive relationships with corporate and regional offices.
11. Manage store Profit and Loss, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
12. Ensure store appearance adheres to grooming and styling standards.
13. Create staff work schedules and manage planning of holidays and absences.
14. Drive sales to meet or exceed budgets and empower sales staff.
15. Understand and explain store performance by product category.
16. Maintain merchandising standards in partnership with the Visual Merchandiser.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years in store management experience, preferably in a luxury setting.
2. Proficiency in using various software packages.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with staff, peers, and corporate offices.
4. Experience in personnel management, including hiring and termination.

Minimum of 10 years in store management, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
