1. Monitor industrial production KPIs and analyze deviations.
2. Participate in the monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
3. Ensure effective stock material controls are in place.
4. Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities for cost reduction, providing actionable insights to management.
5. Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.
6. Contribute to the preparation of forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans.

1. Master’s degree in finance, economics, management engineering, or equivalent experience in the finance field.

1. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.
2. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
3. Strong analytical, reasoning, and logical/numerical skills.
4. Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Internet tools.
6. Good knowledge of SAP.
7. Willingness to travel.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial control activities within medium/large companies or manufacturing and international contexts. Experience in the luxury/fashion business is advantageous.

Master’s degree in finance, economics, management engineering, or equivalent experience.
