1. Develop and design new watch cases, ensuring creativity and passion are infused into each project.
2. Conduct preliminary studies to evaluate the complexity and feasibility of development requests from the Product department.
3. Create technical dossiers that balance technical requirements, industrial constraints, and aesthetic criteria.
4. Manage project data (CAD, plans, articles) ensuring accuracy in PLM systems for both cases and sub-components.
5. Act as the interface between various company functions and external suppliers, ensuring information sharing and project alignment.
6. Ensure timely delivery of prototypes, adhering to defined criteria and deadlines.
7. Resolve cross-functional technical issues identified by quality assurance, after-sales service, or production.
8. Collaborate with the research and innovation team to propose bold and innovative solutions in watch case construction.
9. Participate in the protection of innovations through patent research and filing, supported by the legal department.

1. Technical education background
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in watch case design

1. Proficiency in CAD software, ideally CREO
2. Familiarity with Windchill (PDM Link)
3. Strong knowledge of machining processes and industrialization constraints
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Autonomous with strong analytical capabilities
6. Fluency in French and good command of technical English

A minimum of 5 years in watch case design is required, with a strong command of CAD software and an understanding of machining processes.

Technical education background is required.
