Bvlgari Visual Merchandising Specialist

- Ensure the execution of visual guidelines in all stores, adhering to brand standards and corporate oversight.
- Implement corporate visual merchandising guidelines across all points of sale, including boutiques, wholesale, and travel retail locations.
- Provide feedback to store teams on product setups, allocation, prop usage, store appearance, and visual processes.
- Train retail management and associates on visual standards during store visits.
- Oversee visual merchandising installations and dismantles in collaboration with VM Production.
- Manage visual merchandising setup and planning for new store openings in the West Coast Market.
- Create VM photo reports documenting store visits, strategic initiatives, and events using PowerPoint.
- Manage prop inventory across all points of sale and communicate replenishment needs to the VM Manager.
- Support brand events by managing product setups, dismantling, and showroom organization.
- Collaborate with corporate headquarters and external vendors on visual projects.
- Serve as a point of contact for Regional VPs to align on visual communication and implementation.
- 3+ years of visual merchandising experience in-store and/or corporate role.
- Based in Los Angeles (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive approach.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on project needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Passion for retail and brand elevation.
- Willingness to travel.
- Physical ability to lift 10-25 lbs.
Minimum of 3 years in visual merchandising, either in-store or in a corporate capacity.
