Bvlgari Retail Training Manager

- Analyze existing training content to identify learning opportunities and support the creation of necessary content.
- Enhance sales teams' knowledge of watches, including high-end complications.
- Deploy and reinforce training for Store Managers and Client Advisors on Bulgari client experience, selling techniques, and product collections.
- Engage in retail coaching and in-store observation, providing feedback to Store Directors and the Director of Training, North America.
- Collaborate on the onboarding process for all regional retail hires.
- Assist in localizing training initiatives launched by central training.
- Create, monitor, and track store visits to support key regional initiatives.
- Prepare, execute, and follow up on in-store trainings.
- Monitor all eLearning platforms for the assigned market.
- Follow up on needs analysis and action plans related to Mystery Shop and Voice of Client initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc projects as required by management.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental committees or task forces as necessary.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or training within a luxury environment.
- Extensive knowledge of watches, with supplemental certification from FHH or similar institutions being advantageous.
- Understanding of the competitive watch market and strong knowledge of micro-mechanics.
- Supplemental certification with GIA, FHH, or similar is a plus.
- Proficiency in eLearning platforms.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage departmental budgets and process expense reports efficiently.
- Agility in navigating various professional environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%-70% of the time.
Minimum of 5 years in sales and/or training within a luxury environment.
