1. Localize the global brand strategy into an annual marketing and communications plan aligned with central guidelines.
2. Define local priorities and ensure consistent brand positioning across digital, print, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
3. Track market, consumer, and competitor trends to convert insights into growth and innovation opportunities.
4. Lead integrated 360° campaigns with strong project governance.
5. Manage the development and localization of assets with internal teams and agencies.
6. Drive the promotional calendar across channels, ensuring excellent execution and brand consistency.
7. Deliver strategic PR and press plans to secure premium visibility.
8. Build relationships with key media, celebrities, influencers, and opinion leaders.
9. Identify and activate partnerships and sponsorships aligned with brand strategy.
10. Plan and execute customer, press, and trade events, managing budgets and suppliers.
11. Partner with sales and the store network to support client development initiatives.
12. Own the local marketing budget, track spending, optimize ROI, and adjust initiatives as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business (Master’s degree preferred).
2. 8–10+ years in marketing and communications, ideally in luxury or premium global brands.
3. Strong experience leading 360° marketing communications with measurable impact.
4. Proven ability to manage budgets, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
