1. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for production equipment and infrastructure.
2. Supervise and coordinate corrective maintenance interventions in case of breakdowns or malfunctions.
3. Diagnose complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
4. Collaborate closely with production teams to schedule maintenance interventions and minimize production interruptions.
5. Coordinate with the Infrastructure team for building and general facility interventions.
6. Participate in the improvement or retrofit of production machines to enhance performance and reliability.
7. Identify opportunities for maintenance process improvements and implement necessary corrective actions.
8. Regularly monitor maintenance performance indicators, including equipment availability and maintenance costs.
9. Present monthly reports to management, including key performance indicators, ongoing projects, and improvement actions.
10. Master the use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for managing interventions, spare parts inventory, and tracking maintenance costs.
11. Ensure regular updates of data in the CMMS and utilize it for performance analysis and improvement identification.
12. Develop and manage the maintenance budget, optimizing costs while adhering to financial objectives.
13. Negotiate and manage maintenance contracts with external providers, ensuring service quality and cost efficiency.
14. Monitor maintenance expenditures and identify optimization opportunities.

1. Technical training in maintenance or industrial engineering.
2. Proven experience in industrial maintenance management.
3. Proficiency in using a CMMS.
4. Strong project management experience.
5. Ability to interpret engineering plans.
6. Knowledge of industrial maintenance providers and legal frameworks (CE, SUVA, etc.) is advantageous.
7. Fluency in French.
