1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for LATAM operations, including affiliated companies in Latin America and the Caribbean.
2. Prepare financial models and forecasts in Excel to support strategic goals.
3. Develop detailed analyses of monthly, quarterly, and yearly Profit & Loss in areas such as Net Sales, Operating Expenses, and Marketing Expenses.
4. Engage in the Monthly Close Review Process, identifying and analyzing major variances in expenses by department against budget and prior year.
5. Provide analysis and reporting for commercial teams and support functions.
6. Review Capital Expenditures by department and business channel, tracking spending against annual budget and forecasts.
7. Support the FP&A Director and CFO in ad-hoc reporting and analysis for commercial purposes.
8. Participate in FP&A projects and initiatives.

1. Graduated from a business school or hold a master’s degree in management with a major in finance and accounting.

1. Understanding of high luxury business requirements.
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Rigorous analytical skills.
4. Excellent proficiency in Excel.
5. Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
6. Proactive and capable of functioning effectively under stress and meeting deadlines.
7. Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.

Beginner level experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields.

Master’s degree in management with a major in finance and accounting.
