1. Higher education in engineering or technical fields, with experience in watchmaking, particularly in dial and case manufacturing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
2. Knowledge of Creo or equivalent planning tools.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to synthesize and analyze complex information.
5. Result-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
6. Autonomous and meticulous with a tenacious work ethic.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the watchmaking industry, focusing on dial and case manufacturing.
