1. Set up and adjust CNC machining centers for a variety of products.
2. Ensure production quality and report issues to the Methods and Quality departments.
3. Prioritize production based on planning data and propose improvements.
4. Launch and monitor production to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines.
5. Optimize setup and cycle times through analytical skills.
6. Perform self-inspection to ensure product quality from start to finish.
7. Participate in workshops to improve machining methods and workshop processes.

1. CFC diploma in precision mechanics or micro-mechanics.
2. Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience, preferably with watch components.
