1. Welcome, advise, and accompany clients throughout their purchase journey, building strong and lasting relationships.
2. Achieve sales targets and actively grow the client portfolio through networking and events.
3. Ensure the boutique reflects the brand’s excellence in product presentation, visual merchandising, and store standards.
4. Support operational activities including stock management, inventory, AFSS processing, product receiving, and back-office tasks.
5. Provide after-sales support, coordinating repairs and follow-ups to guarantee a seamless client experience.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end luxury boutique.

1. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and CRM systems.
3. Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
4. Ability to work in an organized and structured manner, even while multitasking.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for sales and client portfolio growth.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a high-end luxury boutique environment.
