Bvlgari is seeking an Automation Engineer in Saignelegier, Switzerland. Join a dynamic team in the luxury fashion industry to optimize production processes and integrate new technologies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize production processes in collaboration with technical teams, identifying opportunities for transformation and addressing challenges.
  • Lead projects from drafting specifications to operational team adoption, ensuring sustainable results and formalizing improvements.
  • Standardize and continuously improve processes, including tooling and workplace ergonomics.
  • Conduct effective technological surveillance and propose innovative solutions, managing projects for the integration of new technologies such as robotics and automation.
  • Provide training to teams and actively participate in change management.
  • Offer a clear vision to management regarding project prioritization and impact on performance, ensuring periodic follow-ups and leading project workgroups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Skills

Strong passion for new production technologies. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to build relationships and synergies across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of robotics (e.g., UR). Interest in industrial programming (IEC::61131-3, Python, C++). Familiarity with SQL queries, Power BI, or CAD software (preferably Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD Electrical) is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, ideally within a manufacturing setting.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

The successful candidate will be located in Saignelegier, Jura, Switzerland.
