Bvlgari Automation Engineer

- Optimize production processes and integrate new technologies across the manufacturing site.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Methods, Production, Quality, and IT departments to drive manufacturing transformation.
- Identify opportunities for production enhancement and address associated challenges.
- Lead projects from specification development to operational team adoption, ensuring sustainability of results.
- Standardize and continuously improve processes, including tooling and workstation ergonomics.
- Conduct technological surveillance and propose innovative solutions.
- Manage projects involving the integration of new technologies such as robotics and automation.
- Act as a reference for special machine design and provide on-site team training.
- Prioritize projects and evaluate their impact on performance, including ROI.
- Ensure project advancement through periodic reviews and project team coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in automation and design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software (preferably Creo).
- Interest in industrial programming and robotics.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and foster synergies across departments.
Minimum of 3 years in automation and design, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
