Benefit Cosmetics Corporate Financial Analyst

- Support month and year-end accounting close processes to meet monthly close schedules, including preparing accruals and reviewing preliminary results with Accounting partners.
- Conduct monthly reviews of Corporate P&Ls with the Finance team to discuss budget variances and provide written commentary to Global Finance and upper management.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop program expense forecasts and implement analytical frameworks for qualitative insights.
- Prepare and present clear and concise P&L presentations to stakeholders to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with management to support the annual budget cycle, preparing budget packages and presentation materials.
- Monitor actuals and forecasts within Anaplan, ensuring data accuracy and completeness in collaboration with Global Finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
- Experience presenting financial information to non-financial audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting ERP software, preferably Axapta.
- Familiarity with planning software, preferably Anaplan.
- Understanding of GAAP and IFRS.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
The target salary range for this position in California is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
