1. Support month and year-end accounting close processes to meet monthly close schedules, including preparing accruals and reviewing preliminary results with Accounting partners.
2. Conduct monthly reviews of Corporate P&Ls with the Finance team to discuss budget variances and provide written commentary to Global Finance and upper management.
3. Collaborate with department heads to develop program expense forecasts and implement analytical frameworks for qualitative insights.
4. Prepare and present clear and concise P&L presentations to stakeholders to aid in strategic decision-making.
5. Coordinate with management to support the annual budget cycle, preparing budget packages and presentation materials.
6. Monitor actuals and forecasts within Anaplan, ensuring data accuracy and completeness in collaboration with Global Finance.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
3. Experience presenting financial information to non-financial audiences.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
5. Knowledge of accounting ERP software, preferably Axapta.
6. Familiarity with planning software, preferably Anaplan.
7. Understanding of GAAP and IFRS.

The target salary range for this position in California is $70,000 - $100,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
