Zenith Movement Components Buyer

Zenith is a Swiss watch manufacture renowned for technical mastery and haute horlogerie. The brand forms part of LVMH's Watches & Jewelry portfolio and combines traditional craftsmanship with industrial precision, operating within a high-performance, design-led luxury group.

1. Plan and secure availability of movement components using MRP and sales forecasts to meet production schedules and quality standards.
2. Manage inventory levels and economic order quantities, optimizing stock costs and maintaining accurate product master data in the ERP.
3. Create, issue and follow up purchase orders; monitor supplier performance, delivery lead times, advances and delays.
4. Coordinate component provisioning for subcontracting and prioritize receipts and urgent quality inspections.
5. Maintain regular supplier communication, share demand forecasts and participate in business reviews to resolve supply issues.
6. Support cross-functional stakeholders (project managers, receiving, accounting, central stock, database teams) during new product launches and corrective actions.

1. Diploma in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain or equivalent.
2. Several years' professional experience as a purchaser/planer in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
3. Proven proficiency with ERP systems (experience with Pro-Concept is an asset) and strong Excel skills.
4. Excellent organisational skills, rigor and the ability to adapt to unforeseen events.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Several years of hands-on experience in purchasing or supply planning within an industrial/manufacturing setting, with direct responsibility for component sourcing, order follow-up and inventory optimisation.

Diploma in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain or related field.
