Zenith HR Project Manager

1. Implement and optimize HR systems, including managing HRIS projects and deploying a new payroll ERP.
2. Design and implement HR dashboards with relevant KPIs for managers.
3. Actively participate in the development and monitoring of payroll budgets across the organization.
4. Contribute to the production of annual HR reports.
5. Update and manage salary surveys and work on job mapping and grading across the organization.
6. Provide operational support, including occasional payroll backup.

1. Proven experience in Social Controlling and/or Compensation & Benefits.
2. Advanced proficiency in payroll tools, Business Intelligence tools, and Excel.
3. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
4. Familiarity with the Mercer evaluation method is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate agility.
6. Excellent cross-functional management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
7. Fluency in French is mandatory; English proficiency is an asset.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR project management, particularly in Social Controlling or Compensation & Benefits.
