Zenith Ebauches & Decoration Manager

- Lead daily operations of the Ebauches and Decoration sectors (ebauches, washing, sandblasting, decoration), ensuring balance between workload, capacity and quality requirements to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and develop a shop‑floor team: manage presence, absence and shift allocations; conduct performance reviews; define objectives and build polyvalence matrices to secure continuity.
- Drive continuous improvement and industrialization: collaborate with methods, industrialization and technical offices to optimize processes, deploy new technologies and implement transformation initiatives.
- Establish and maintain process control systems and performance measurement tools (KPI) to monitor productivity, quality and resource utilisation.
- Act as the primary interface with Operations functions (technical office, quality assurance, logistics, industrialization) to resolve production issues and coordinate changes.
- Manage change locally by translating directional initiatives into concrete improvements and securing operator buy‑in through constructive leadership.
- Ensure materials, tooling and consumables are available through close liaison with logistics and procurement to avoid production disruptions.
- Maintain a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace in line with the company's sustainability and safety commitments.
- Degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum five years of hands‑on production management experience in watchmaking or precision manufacturing, preferably within a transformation or industrialization context.
- Solid technical knowledge of horological processes for ebauches and surface finishing allowing rapid diagnosis of constraints and opportunities.
- Proven leadership and team development skills with a pragmatic, humble and example‑setting management style.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination capabilities; able to act as a facilitator and drive results.
