- Assist in the deployment of digital tools in boutiques, including remote sales, click & collect, and in-store reservations.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of tools and services to align with the brand's image, such as appointment booking and virtual queues.
- Research competitor services and propose improvements.
- Participate in creating training tools for boutique teams.
- Compile sales reports for various omnichannel services and suggest analytical insights.
- Promote boutiques on digital platforms like Google My Business and Facebook.
- Ensure boutique opening hours are updated across digital platforms.
- Analyze customer feedback on digital platforms, including Google My Business ratings.
- Participate in regional calls.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations team on regular and ad-hoc tasks, such as uniform orders and seminar organization.
- Background in business school education.
- Interest in luxury, digital, and retail sectors.
- Previous experience in omnichannel projects is advantageous.
- Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
