- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and HR to ensure training supports business objectives.
- Manage global training budget and provide guidance on regional budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in training, preferably in a regional or multi-unit retail leadership role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work globally.
- Innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with global teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years in training roles, including regional training manager or field trainer positions, with luxury retail experience being advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
