- Set and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals, ensuring their successful attainment.

- Oversee warehouse stock management in collaboration with the Merchandising Retail Director.
- Manage inventory activities and optimize stockroom processes in partnership with Back Office operations.
- 3 - 5 years of successful experience in a managerial role within luxury retail.
- Significant experience in luxury goods sales.
- Adaptability and transparency in approach.
- Strong customer experience and engagement sensitivity.
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial position within luxury retail, demonstrating significant experience in sales and team leadership.
