- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in training as a regional training manager or similar role.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong cultural awareness and global collaboration capabilities.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with global teams and top management.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are highly preferred.
Over 10 years of experience in training, particularly in roles such as regional training manager, field trainer, or multi-unit retail leader. Experience in luxury retail is advantageous.
