- Develop and execute clienteling tools and processes to enhance global CRM strategy.
- Prepare and disseminate reports on key performance indicators for clienteling tools, sharing best practices and conducting training workshops.
- Create training content for CRM tools and communicate roll-out plans to regional client teams.
- Collaborate with regional and tech teams to identify and implement enhancements in CRM tools.
- Lead coordination and project management of privacy program initiatives, ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure compliant client data collection and use.
- Create and deliver privacy training and communications for employees and external vendors.
- Respond to client privacy requests and inquiries related to CRM data.
- Support implementation of data capture monitoring tools and strategies.
- Present monthly data capture KPI reports to regions and provide training to maintain data capture standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field; Master’s degree or specialization in CRM or Data Analytics preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry.
- Expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices for data security.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to diverse markets and cultures.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
