- Develop and execute clienteling tools
- Prepare reports of KPIs for clienteling tools and implement training
- Collaborate with regions to enhance CRM tools
- Lead coordination of privacy program initiatives
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Create and deliver privacy training
- Respond to client privacy requests
- Identify and remediate privacy risks
- Support implementation of monitoring tools
- Present data capture KPIs reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in luxury, fashion, or cosmetics
- Expertise in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations
- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to diverse markets and cultures
- Digital mindedness
- Fluency in English
3+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree or specialization in CRM or Data Analytics is a plus.
