1. Create monthly reports on key clienteling KPIs.
2. Manage and update the global Clienteling Calendar daily.
3. Support the execution of regional One-To-One and One-To-Few campaigns.
4. Assist in worldwide One-To-One and One-To-Many campaigns, including target audience creation.
5. Conduct ad-hoc campaign performance analysis.
6. Ensure regular updates to Saint Laurent clienteling tools.
7. Contribute to the creation of clienteling training materials.
8. Handle data cleansing requests.
9. Provide general support to the Global Client Development department.

1. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

1. Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of SQL and proficiency in Excel.
2. Excellent attention to detail and time management.
3. English proficiency is mandatory.
4. Familiarity and passion for the luxury fashion industry is a plus.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with client development strategies in a luxury fashion context is advantageous.
