Yves Saint Laurent Global Client Services Manager

- Develop and implement the global Client Services strategy to enhance brand image and customer loyalty.
- Lead regional Client Services teams to deliver a superior omnichannel customer experience.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the impact and results of Client Services on a worldwide and regional scale.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to innovate and test new approaches for improving productivity and client experience.
- Enhance customer relationships through proactive management of high-value clients.
- Oversee the development of technology programs and digital interaction tools in collaboration with the Digital Business team.
- Manage the Global and EMEA Client Services budget and staff planning.
- Ensure smooth operation and integration of store calls to Client Services.
- Recruit, train, and motivate the EMEA Client Service team.
- Monitor industry best practices and manage potential crises.
- Ensure quality control of client interactions and handle feedback effectively.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in client-oriented roles, preferably in Client Services, eCommerce, or omni-channel positions.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Leadership and people management abilities.
- Proficiency in technological tools and digital platforms.
- Ability to work in multicultural environments and manage diverse teams.
- Budget management and strategic planning capabilities.
