1. Provide administrative support to wholesale operations.
2. Ensure client administrative follow-up: deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, after-sales service.
3. Monitor stock and update stock lists.
4. Organize showroom appointment schedules.
5. Prepare necessary documents for the showroom and fashion shows.
6. Participate and assist during showroom periods.
7. Manage administrative tasks such as sending documents and tracking sales team travel.

1. Background in business school or equivalent.

1. Fluency in Italian, French, and English is essential.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and good interpersonal skills.

A successful initial experience in the fashion and luxury industry is required.
