- Provide administrative support to wholesale operations.
- Ensure client administrative follow-up: deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, after-sales service.
- Monitor stock and update stock lists.
- Organize showroom appointment schedules.
- Prepare necessary documents for the showroom and fashion shows.
- Participate and assist during showroom periods.
- Manage administrative tasks such as sending documents and tracking sales team travel.
- Background in business school or equivalent.
- Fluency in Italian, French, and English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and good interpersonal skills.
A successful initial experience in the fashion and luxury industry is required.
