1. Provide administrative support to wholesale clients, including managing deliveries, payments, restocking, commercial exchanges, and after-sales service.
2. Monitor and update stock lists.
3. Organize the showroom appointment schedule.
4. Prepare necessary documents for the showroom and fashion shows.
5. Participate in and assist during showroom periods.
6. Manage administrative tasks such as document dispatch and tracking sales team travel.

1. Degree in Business School or equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Italian, French, and English is essential.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Demonstrated organizational skills, analytical thinking, and interpersonal abilities.

Previous experience in the fashion and luxury sector is required.
