Yves Saint Laurent Training and Retail Development Director

- Design and implement a global retail training strategy aligned with business goals and customer experience enhancement.
- Develop and oversee training programs, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
- Lead a worldwide team of training managers and specialists, providing governance to regional teams.
- Create and update training materials, leveraging new technologies and channels for engagement.
- Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, client services, retail performance, and HR to align training with business objectives.
- Manage the global training budget and provide guidance on regional budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in leading training for a high-volume brand, preferably with multi-unit retail experience.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work globally.
- Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
- Innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with global teams and top management.
- Proficiency in developing training content and using new technologies for engagement.
15+ years in training leadership for high-volume brands, with multi-unit retail experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
