1. Assist in the preparation of fabric meetings with the Artistic Director for Men's and Women's Collections.
2. Manage the reception, organization, and maintenance of the fabric library.
3. Support in presenting research for approval by the Artistic Director, including archiving, thematic division, stock updates, and presentations.
4. Coordinate logistics for supplier pickups and deliveries.
5. Aid developers in fabric research.
6. Assist in preparing black cards, boards, and color ranges.
7. Organize, receive, and store fabric samples for validation.
8. Order studio supplies such as scissors, bristols, boards, and hangers.
9. Assist in creating labels including quality, codes, and pricing.
10. Support daily logistics of the department.

1. Educational background in Purchasing, Fashion, or Textile.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong knowledge of the textile market and technical innovations.
4. Curiosity, rigor, autonomy, and flexibility.

No prior experience is required, but familiarity with the luxury fashion industry is advantageous.
