- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both retail and corporate positions, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by engaging candidates throughout recruitment, pre-boarding, and keep-warm processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend hiring requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Utilize market research and data to provide insightful talent advisory, supporting business objectives.
- Provide administrative support in package proposals, contract preparation, HRIS processes, and onboarding logistics.
- Leverage diverse sourcing methods to cultivate a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
- Compile talent-related analysis reports, tracking key metrics such as search status, recruitment cost, and time-to-fill.
- Support regional projects and global initiatives, ensuring smooth administrative deployment.
- Work closely with the market HRBP to standardize performance management and talent development frameworks.
- Maintain an up-to-date database for talent pipelines and programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a multinational organization, preferably in fashion, retail, or recruitment agency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a multinational organization, ideally within the fashion, retail, or recruitment agency sectors.
Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
