1. Drive the sustainability agenda with raw material and manufacturing suppliers, focusing on reducing environmental footprints in the leather goods and shoes business units.
2. Contribute to and engage with suppliers on sustainability strategy, refining objectives and monitoring implementation.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Ateliers, Finance, and Procurement to achieve sustainability objectives.
4. Implement and manage traceability systems for leather, metals, and precious skins, emphasizing recycled content.
5. Manage sustainability performance KPIs, particularly related to vendor rating procedures.
6. Support the implementation of programs related to metal-free leather, regenerative leather, sustainable sourcing guidelines, and green energy, in alignment with Kering standards.
7. Ensure material sourcing compliance with Kering Standards through verification and alignment.
8. Contribute to the deployment of the living wage strategy.
9. Promote and implement circular approaches within the brand, utilizing existing flows such as leftovers, unsold, or damaged products.
10. Monitor the incorporation of sustainability features and materials in collection files, collaborating closely with product development and merchandising teams.

1. Postgraduate degree from a business school or engineering program.
2. Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management and sustainability.
3. Expertise in key supplier activities such as metal hardware, leather tanning, textile processing, and leather goods and shoes manufacturing.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to interact and build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
3. Data management capabilities.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.

Over 5 years of experience in supply chain management and sustainability, with significant expertise in supplier activities related to metal hardware, leather tanning, and manufacturing.

Postgraduate degree from a business school or engineering program.

The position offers flexibility in location, with potential placements in Scandicci or Vigonza, Italy.
