Yves Saint Laurent Supply Chain Project Manager

- Serve as the primary liaison for Supply Chain teams to initiate and manage digital transformation projects.
- Analyze and align business needs with the global IT roadmap.
- Ensure project adherence to timelines, budgets, and communication standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, IT architects, data analysts, and business process owners.
- Collaborate closely with Kering Group on multi-brand tool and system deployment.
- Identify and address major challenges within Supply Chain teams.
- Propose process and technical solutions.
- Define medium- and long-term roadmaps.
- Formalize new requirements with business process owners.
- Oversee project execution including functional specifications, planning, launch strategy, budget, and issue tracking.
- Recommend technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Manage development team workload and capacity.
- Ensure quality of functional and technical design of the information system chain.
- Enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.
- Facilitate project communication and report to management.
- Prepare and lead project and executive committees.
- Document projects, tools, processes, and technological ecosystem.
- Advocate for best practices and innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in business or engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing techno-functional projects with strong supply chain knowledge, ideally in retail.
- Experience deploying at least one supply chain-related tool (WMS, ERP, Distribution, Anaplan, Centric Planning, etc.).
- Strong understanding of supply chain challenges and issues.
- Knowledge of available technological solutions.
- Ability to delve into application functionality for effective tool implementation.
- Solid project management skills with agile and/or lean methodologies (JIRA & Confluence).
- Dynamic, curious, organized, rigorous, and proactive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to lead, support, and unify teams.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (technical and conversational).
Minimum 7 years of experience in techno-functional project management with a focus on supply chain, preferably within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in business or engineering.
