Supply Chain Project Manager

1. Identify major issues and challenges of the Supply Chain teams for implementing technological solutions.
2. Propose processes and technical solutions.
3. Define medium and long-term roadmaps.
4. Frame and formalize new needs with the BPO.
5. Ensure the successful execution of projects (functional specifications, planning, launch strategy, budget, testing, tracking changes/bugs).
6. Define and recommend technical solutions aligned with business needs.
7. Manage the workload/capacity of development teams.
8. Control the quality of functional and technical design of the IT chain.
9. Collaborate closely with Kering teams on the deployment and improvement of Group solutions.
10. Challenge and improve existing solutions.
11. Facilitate project communication, proactively report to management, and propose solutions for risks/alerts.
12. Prepare and lead Project and Management Committees.
13. Document projects, tools, processes, and the technological ecosystem.
14. Propose best practices and innovative solutions.

1. Bachelor's degree +5 (business or engineering school).
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in managing techno-functional projects with good knowledge of supply chain, ideally in the retail sector.
3. Experience in deploying at least one tool related to the supply chain (WMS, ERP, Distribution, Anaplan, Centric Planning, etc.).

1. Strong understanding of Supply Chain issues and challenges.
2. Good knowledge of available technological/IT solutions.
3. Ability to delve into application functionality to ensure proper tool implementation.
4. Solid project management knowledge: agile methodology and/or lean management (JIRA & Confluence).
5. Dynamic, curious, organized, rigorous, and proactive.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.
7. Ability to lead, support, and unite teams.
8. Fluent in English, both spoken and written (technical and general).

Experience in the luxury industry and/or proficiency in Italian would be a plus.
