1. Oversee daily store operations ensuring optimal management and performance.
2. Maintain the highest standards of store environment and customer service.
3. Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
4. Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to foster individual and collective growth.
5. Supervise employees in sales, inventory management, and customer service.
6. Enforce safety, health, and security protocols within the store.

1. University degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years in retail sales/store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
3. Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Experience in visual merchandising and promotions is advantageous.

A minimum of 8 years in retail sales/store operations, including 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

University degree preferred.
