1. Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
2. Cultivate a premium store environment that delivers exemplary customer service.
3. Implement and promote a culture of Retail Excellence within the store.
4. Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Optimize store organization in alignment with business strategy, focusing on product, process, and people.
6. Recruit, lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve business objectives.
7. Foster an environment conducive to team and individual growth and development.
8. Supervise sales, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and customer service activities.
9. Ensure adherence to all headquarters guidelines, rules, and processes.
10. Guarantee compliance with legal, safety, sustainability, and HR requirements.

1. University degree preferred.
2. 6-8 years of experience in retail sales or store operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Experience in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base is preferred.

2. Leadership charisma with patience and attention to detail.
3. Organizational skills and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
4. Knowledge of visual merchandising and promotions is advantageous.

6-8 years of retail sales or store operations experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.

University degree preferred.
