- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements.
- Challenge current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise warehouse stock and manage inventory activities.
- Optimize stockroom management in collaboration with Back Office operations.
- 3-5 years of successful managerial experience.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- Adaptability and transparency in approach.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
- Exceptional persuasiveness and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role within luxury retail or a similar field is required.
