1. Oversee daily store operations ensuring optimal management.

6. Supervise employees in sales, inventory management, and customer service.

1. University degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 8 years in retail sales/store operations with 5 years in a managerial role.

1. Strong understanding of luxury fashion and high-end retail.
2. Experience in visual merchandising and promotions is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
4. Leadership charisma with patience, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

A minimum of 8 years in retail sales/store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in luxury goods or premium fashion.

University degree preferred.
