- Lead and manage the store team to achieve high sales turnover and promote customer loyalty.
- Formulate and implement business strategies to meet sales targets.
- Define individual sales targets and monitor key performance indicators on a daily and weekly basis.
- Analyze sales performance and collaborate with the merchandising team for regular reviews and action plans.
- Develop and manage a network of potential customers and VIPs, focusing on local clientele to maximize CRM capture rate.
- Ensure high standards of after-sales service and promote customer loyalty.
- Stay informed on fashion trends, key events, and competitor activities.
- Maintain strong working relationships with all local market stores to optimize business opportunities.
- Define work schedules and ensure adequate manpower for store operations.
- Motivate and develop staff to achieve career objectives and foster teamwork.
- Implement operational policies and procedures effectively.
- Supervise stock levels and ensure alignment with store sales potential.
- Monitor inventory management and stocktake procedures according to internal audit standards.
- Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards, including appearance, grooming, and visual merchandising.
- Review and monitor security measures for cash and inventory control regularly.
- Maintain workplace safety and a healthy environment for staff and customers.
- University degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of retail sales/store operations experience, with at least 5 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred.
- Strong sense of high-end fashion.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin.
- Leadership charisma, patience, detail-oriented, and organized.
A minimum of 8 years in retail sales or store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in luxury goods or premium fashion.
University degree preferred.
