- Manage and develop a network of potential customers and VIPs, focusing on local clientele.
- Promote customer loyalty and ensure high standards of after-sales service.
- Stay informed about fashion trends, key events, and competitor activities.
- Maintain good relations with all local stores to optimize business opportunities.
- Define work schedules and ensure adequate manpower for store operations.
- Lead and motivate the team, ensuring staff competence and development.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures.
- Supervise stock levels and verify alignment with sales potential.
- Monitor inventory management and stocktake procedures according to audit standards.
- Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards, including appearance and visual merchandising.
- Review and monitor security measures for cash and inventory control.
- Maintain workplace safety and provide a healthy environment for staff and customers.
- University degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of retail sales or store operations experience, with a minimum of 5 years at a supervisory or managerial level.
- Background in luxury goods or premium fashion with an established client base preferred.
- Strong sense of high-end fashion.
- Proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin.
- Leadership charisma, patience, detail-oriented, and organized.
A minimum of 8 years in retail sales or store operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
University degree preferred.
