- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with headquarters' directives.
- Foster a nurturing store culture.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze results and verify daily, weekly, and monthly activities, setting up yearly assessments and KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization processes.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
- Adaptability and openness.
- Risk-taking and dynamic approach.
- Strong listening abilities and curiosity.
- High sensitivity to customer experience and loyalty.
4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, with significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $115,000 – 125,000 with bonus eligibility.
