1. Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to align with company standards.
2. Manage weekly shipping and receiving of product deliveries.
3. Address shipment discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate inventory levels.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
5. Maintain an up-to-date Repairs log and serve as a liaison between the boutique, clients, and repair centers.
6. Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories and prepare for annual inventory.
7. Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
8. Ensure stockroom and sales floor adhere to company Visual Standards and coach the store team as necessary.
9. Support Management with department store Personal Shopper Consignment orders, including product selection and order processing.
10. Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily report generation.
11. Assist the sales team on the sales floor as needed and provide coaching to reinforce selling behaviors and merchandising standards.
12. Manage supply orders for the boutique from both internal and external vendors.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
5. Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
