- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to align with company standards.
- Manage weekly shipping and receiving of product deliveries.
- Address shipment discrepancies promptly to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain an up-to-date Repairs log and serve as a liaison between the boutique, clients, and repair centers.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories and prepare for annual inventory.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
- Ensure stockroom and sales floor adhere to company Visual Standards and coach the store team as necessary.
- Support Management with department store Personal Shopper Consignment orders, including product selection and order processing.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily report generation.
- Assist the sales team on the sales floor as needed and provide coaching to reinforce selling behaviors and merchandising standards.
- Manage supply orders for the boutique from both internal and external vendors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with a preference for luxury sector experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
