1. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and implement specific action plans.
2. Assist in the preparation of the annual inventory and resolve discrepancies.
3. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand culture.
5. Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
6. Provide exceptional customer service during the after-sales process.
7. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
8. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans defined with HQ and Store Director.
9. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Significant experience in stock handling (2+ years).
