1. Monitor and manage monthly inventory turnover and execute specific action plans.
2. Assist in the preparation and execution of the annual inventory, identifying and addressing discrepancies.
3. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Contribute to a positive work environment and promote the brand culture internally and externally.
5. Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
6. Guarantee an exceptional customer experience during the after-sales process.
7. Support administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
8. Implement and follow up on specific Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and the Store Director.
9. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
10. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. Significant experience in stock handling (2+ years).
