1. Monitor and control monthly inventory turnover and execute specific action plans.
2. Prepare for annual inventory audits and address any discrepancies.
3. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
4. Provide detailed feedback and reports to the Store Director.
5. Foster a positive work environment and promote brand culture.
6. Ensure the store's image aligns with corporate standards.
7. Enhance customer experience during the after-sales process.
8. Manage all administrative and operational procedures related to merchandise flow.
9. Implement and follow up on Back Office action plans in collaboration with HQ and the Store Director.
10. Communicate product turnover information effectively to the Store Director.
11. Prepare, pack, and ship merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
12. Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.

1. 3-5 years of significant experience in stock management and administrative tasks.
