1. Maintain and organize the stock room in an operationally efficient, clean, and tidy manner, categorized by area and material.
2. Accurately record stock inventory and ensure all transport documents are properly filled both manually and in the system.
3. Implement policies and procedures for loss prevention, physical inventory accuracy, and handling of quality issues.
4. Organize periodic returns, inter-store transfers, and manage the receiving and dispatching of stock to and from the warehouse.
5. Provide support to staff and facilitate the selling process.

1. Form 5 graduate or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in store operations or stockroom housekeeping.
3. Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry preferred.

1. Action-oriented and well-organized.
2. Strong internal customer focus.
3. Fluent in Cantonese and basic proficiency in English.

At least 1 year of experience in store operations or stockroom management, preferably within the luxury retail or fashion sector.

Form 5 graduate or equivalent.
