1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
2. Manage shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders to meet client expectations.
5. Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
7. Liaise with Operations team to resolve product inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.
8. Ensure the stockroom and sales floor adhere to company Visual Standards.
9. Support sales team on the sales floor as needed for coverage and sales assistance.
10. Manage all supply orders needed for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, luxury or contemporary preferred.

1. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
2. Experience with shipping programs, inventory management, and inventory audits.
3. Proficiency in Excel.
4. Pro-active and team-centric attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of two years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary fashion environments.
