1. Manage merchandise flow within the store to enhance turnover.
2. Adhere to logistics procedures and ensure compliance with internal protocols.
3. Conduct monthly inventory checks and implement specific action plans.
4. Prepare and execute the annual inventory, addressing any discrepancies.
5. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet sales targets.
6. Ensure all areas are organized and adhere to Visual Merchandising Standards.
7. Receive, verify, label, and store incoming merchandise.
8. Organize and maintain stock areas for efficiency.
9. Process transfers and handle returned merchandise shipments.
10. Manage packaging and stationery orders.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a stock department.
2. Experience in the luxury retail sector is essential.
3. 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
4. Ability to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
5. Experience in a retail stockroom is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in IT systems relevant to inventory management.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 2 years in a stock department, with luxury retail experience required.
