- Manage physical and digital logistics flows of fashion show and pre-collection pieces, including ready-to-wear, leather goods, footwear, and accessories.
- Monitor returns, conduct condition assessments, report quality anomalies, and handle reconditioning and relabeling of items.
- Ensure accurate digital traceability using Launchmetrics software.
- Contribute daily to the organization and maintenance of the showroom.
- Oversee garment care logistics, including coordinating with dry cleaning services.
- Support press shipments domestically and internationally, preparing export documents and coordinating with press officers, carriers, and the shipping department.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Enrollment in a Business School or Fashion & Luxury Management program.
- Ability to react swiftly and adapt to new situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate versatility, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with logistics or fashion industry is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Fashion & Luxury Management.
Interns will gain hands-on experience in a prestigious luxury fashion environment, with opportunities to develop a comprehensive understanding of showroom logistics.
