Yves Saint Laurent Shooting Production Assistant Intern

1. Assist in the logistical and operational preparation of photoshoots, fashion shows, and castings.
2. Support project tracking from preparation through execution to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery.
3. Collaborate with press, merchandising, and event departments for shoot, casting, and show preparations.
4. Participate in setting up and coordinating spaces for internal events such as castings and hair & make-up trials.
5. Manage and track inventory for shooting materials, production kits, and technical supports.
6. Contribute to the creation of visual and creative presentations related to departmental projects.
7. Organize and update archives related to photoshoots, including documentation and visuals.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recent graduate.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
3. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in event coordination or production support is advantageous but not required.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Event Management, or a related field.
