1. Assist in logistical and operational preparation for photoshoots, fashion shows, and castings.
2. Support project tracking from preparation to execution to ensure seamless and high-quality outcomes.
3. Collaborate with press, merchandising, and event departments for shoot, casting, and show preparations.
4. Coordinate internal event spaces for castings and hair & makeup trials.
5. Manage and track shooting stock including equipment, production kits, and technical supports.
6. Contribute to the creation of visual and creative presentations for departmental projects.
7. Organize and update archives related to photoshoots, including documentation and visuals.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in fashion or event production is advantageous but not required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Event Management, or a related field.
