- Develop and retain top-tier VIC clientele, focusing on increasing the number of elite clients and their spending.
- Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales support, ensuring a memorable boutique experience.
- Recruit new VIC clientele through local market activations and events.
- Manage a dynamic client book to drive proactive sales growth and business performance.
- Build and manage an individual consignment and stylist business.
- Exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Curate personalized, versatile, and timeless wardrobes with a deep understanding of fashion culture.
- Foster meaningful and lasting connections with clients through transparent and genuine interactions.
- Provide training support to team members and collaborate with both front and back-of-house teams.
- Adhere to company policies and uphold the highest standards of service and operational guidelines.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Established client book targeting local market clients.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, customer service, or hospitality environments.
- Thorough understanding and passion for luxury and fashion.
- Extensive experience servicing high-net-worth clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with top clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Business-minded with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- High energy and strong work ethic.
- Adaptable and comfortable with technology.
3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on client service and sales.
Base compensation range of $33/hr. - $35/hr. plus commission eligibility.
