1. Develop and retain top-tier VIC clientele, focusing on increasing the number of elite clients and their spending.
2. Deliver exceptional client service and after-sales support, ensuring a memorable boutique experience.
3. Recruit new VIC clientele through local market activations and events.
4. Manage a dynamic client book to drive proactive sales growth and business performance.
5. Build and manage an individual consignment and stylist business.
6. Exceed individual sales and KPI targets with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
7. Curate personalized, versatile, and timeless wardrobes with a deep understanding of fashion culture.
8. Foster meaningful and lasting connections with clients through transparent and genuine interactions.
9. Provide training support to team members and collaborate with both front and back-of-house teams.
10. Adhere to company policies and uphold the highest standards of service and operational guidelines.

1. Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
2. Established client book targeting local market clients.
3. Proven experience in luxury retail, customer service, or hospitality environments.
4. Thorough understanding and passion for luxury and fashion.
5. Extensive experience servicing high-net-worth clientele.

3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on client service and sales.

Base compensation range of $33/hr. - $35/hr. plus commission eligibility.
