1. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to design and implement strategies to enhance productivity, conversion, and clienteling results.
2. Develop monthly and annual sales forecasts, setting targets to optimize P&L planning.
3. Monitor and analyze store performance trends, providing actionable insights to store management.
4. Oversee the performance of the retail team, offering training and feedback to improve KPI achievements.
5. Analyze productivity metrics to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
6. Partner with corporate teams to develop initiatives aimed at improving sales and store performance.
7. Communicate regularly with senior management, providing reports on sales performance and store activities.
8. Prepare monthly business reviews and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
9. Collaborate with Store Operations to identify and implement operational improvements.
10. Manage daily store operations, including sales, expense control, and inventory management.
11. Support new store openings and strategic retail activations with operational excellence.
12. Liaise with the CRM team to design and implement client programs.
13. Drive the retail team to maintain positive customer relations and develop customer loyalty.
14. Conduct store visits to assess customer interactions and provide feedback.
15. Partner with Training and Regional Managers to deliver targeted training programs.
16. Collaborate with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to align product strategies and store presentations.

1. Degree in Business or related discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion retail.
3. Strong commercial awareness and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
5. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
7. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
